Data Destruction Services in Phoenix, AZ

Every data-bearing device we collect ends up on one of the tracks below, and the method is chosen by what the media is and what your policy says — not by whatever is convenient that day. Drives come out of the chassis and are logged before anything moves, the destruction or sanitization is recorded per serial number, and the leftover hardware goes through R2v3 zero-landfill recycling. One reconciled report covers both halves, so your auditor is not chasing two vendors for two documents.

Work runs out of our Scottsdale facility at 7707 E. Acoma Dr. Suite 102, which puts the whole Valley inside a normal route — Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria.

We serve businesses only. Offices, clinics, warehouses, server rooms, and colocation cages — no residential pickup or household drop-off.

Destruction & sanitization methods

Not sure which one applies? Send the media types and quantities and we will tell you which method your policy and the NIST 800-88 decision tree point at.

Hard drive shredding

Mechanical destruction of spinning drives, either at your loading dock with a mobile NAID AAA unit or at our Scottsdale facility on E. Acoma Dr. Drives are counted against your pickup manifest before shredding and the certificate is issued per serial number.

SSD & NVMe destruction

Flash media does not shred to the same particle size as a platter, so solid-state drives and M.2 modules run through a separate disintegration pass sized for NAND. Nothing gets mixed into the HDD stream.

Degaussing

Magnetic erasure for HDDs and LTO tape where a policy or a retention schedule calls for it. Degaussed drives are physically destroyed afterwards — a degausser leaves no verifiable read-back evidence on its own.

Data wiping (NIST 800-88)

Clear and Purge sanitization for hardware that still has resale or redeployment value. Verification is logged per device, which is what keeps the remarketing credit on the table instead of shredding a fleet that was worth money.

Tape destruction

LTO and legacy backup libraries, destroyed with the same custody paperwork as drive media. Common on this side of the Valley when a retention window finally closes on an off-site vault.

Mobile device destruction

Phones and tablets, including MDM unenrollment so the device leaves your console at the same time it leaves your building. Batteries are separated and handled under R2v3 rules.

Data destruction questions

Can the destruction happen at our building?

Yes. A mobile NAID AAA shredder works at your loading dock, and your security officer can witness and record the run. This is the usual arrangement for healthcare sites holding PHI and for defense and aerospace suppliers in Mesa, Chandler, and Goodyear where controlled data cannot leave the building.

Is your data destruction CMMC compliant?

We produce the three artifacts a C3PAO assessor actually reviews: sanitization to the NIST 800-88 method that matches the media, a serial-level certificate naming that method and the operator, and an unbroken chain-of-custody record from your dock through processing.

Where can I get hard drive shredding in Phoenix?

Either at your site with the mobile unit, or at our Scottsdale processing facility at 7707 E. Acoma Dr. Suite 102 under sealed, GPS-tracked transport. In both cases the drives are reconciled against your pickup manifest and the certificate is issued per serial number.

Do you destroy drives pulled from servers and racks?

Yes, and that is most of the volume. Drives are pulled and logged during the rack teardown, recent-generation compute is remarketed for credit, and the chassis and rails are recycled under R2v3. The disposition report ties every asset to its destruction method.

Do you serve homes or individuals?

No. We work with businesses and organizations only — offices, clinics, warehouses, server rooms, and colocation cages. There is no residential pickup or household drop-off.

How fast can a pickup be scheduled?

Pickup is free across Maricopa County and most confirmed bookings are on the truck within 48 hours. Call (877) 321-4823 Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, or send an inventory list and we will quote the scope.
